What we collect

When you create a Quickpost account, we store your email address, company name, and a securely hashed password (never in plain text).

Social media connections

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn profile, we receive and store an access token issued by that platform, the account's name/ID, and (for LinkedIn) a profile URL you provide yourself. These tokens are used solely to publish posts you compose in Quickpost to the accounts you've connected, and to retrieve performance data (impressions, reach, comment counts) for posts published through Quickpost. We do not use these tokens for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Posts and media

Post text and any uploaded images are stored on our servers so we can publish them to your connected accounts and show you their performance afterward.

Payment data

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Quickpost does not store your card or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.

Data deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Connections page, which removes its stored access token. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us.
